So when it comes to illegal migrants, we seem to have quite a few in the UK.
But judging by this article that you're about to see, I think they are taking the mick more than we have ever seen before.
Because it says that an asylum seeker has avoided deportation because of all of his Facebook friends.
And we'll have a look at the full, like, I'm not paying for the article, but we are going to have a look at the full one in a moment.
But it says an Iranian asylum seeker has been allowed to stay in Britain after claiming he had so many Facebook friends that he was at risk of persecution if he was deported.
And obviously speaking as well, I know that we do get a lot of Iranian migrants.
And truth be told, it's probably one of the dodgiest countries that they can come from.
And it says in relation to Facebook, the department's lawyers said that the fact that his profile was public was minimal and insignificant.
So long story short, this guy, he got a little bit too political on Facebook, according to them.
And I'm guessing that's quite a low bar.
I'm guessing it wasn't anything too edgy.
But he got a bit political on Facebook.
Now he says that he can't be deported back to Iran after coming here illegally.
It makes no sense, does it?
And they say that because his profile was public, they say that's just minimal and insignificant.
When in reality, if he wanted to keep his thoughts, you know, just to himself, he probably should have had a private account.
And now they're saying because he's got about two and a half thousand Facebook friends, which I bet he doesn't even know 2,499 of them.
But because he's got that many friends on Facebook, the courts are now said, oh, we can't ask him to delete his account.
And truth be told, it does kind of confuse me.
The way that people come over to the UK, they'll still criticise Iran, even though most of them say they still have family there.
But they'll still use their real names.
And they'll be openly critical about Iran.
And there's quite a few, it's not just one, but it's quite a few people.
But it doesn't really make any sense to keep using their full name, while still saying that their family is at risk.
   I have no idea.
It's the same as when they leave the women and children at home, but then the men just come here.
Like this guy's fat, like by the sounds of it, this person's the only person inside of his family to be in the UK.
The rest of his family are in Iran.
But he's going to be on Facebook talking all sorts about Iran.
Well, like I said, shouldn't that just mean that the government gets them?
   That's what I thought.
   But apparently not.
Maybe just long story short, maybe we should just keep our eye on the foreigners.
But let me know what you think.
Do you think it's a bit strange that this guy used his Facebook account to remain in the UK?
And like myself, do you think that these people can't be trusted?
   This country has gone crazy.

If he wasn’t “of adverse interest to the authorities in Iran”, he’s not in danger. I know some genuine Iranian refugees. They’ve all got families with them and love and appreciate their host country. They do speak out against the regime, but they haven’t left family behind to bear the consequences.

So many Facebook friends he was at risk of persecution if deported?
Moral of the story - Facebook friends aren't necessarily 'friends' are they now boys and girls? ????????????

Save food, can, freeze dry, whatever you can do. In September, you go digital. They'll take your money, then your home. They don't care about you, you're not part of the plan. If you were you wouldn't be talking. Going to be a crazy summer and a killer winter. God bless, I'm praying for you .
43.@malcolmbrewis5582(2025-04-13 09:54:00)
Perhaps its an Iranian custom to deliberately avoid inculcating and accepting the principle of personal responsibility.
