No one has said that this is industrial theft of land and assets from a company, even though it is the CCP. Firstly it breaks international law, secondly the law can be used to steal any company in Britain from shareholders and lastly what if the CCP is furious that a company they were determined to close down and take the order book is now not theirs to do that to. Who is going to invest from overseas in the UK if Parliament can just sweep in and steal the assets. It should never have been sold for a quid in the first place the the Ruling Class have not got a clue what they are doing. |
