snp (3) avoid (2) sex offenders (2)	Hi, welcome to another episode of Hot Takes.     It's been revealed that due to a loophole in Scottish law, over 500 offenders have changed their name.     So to avoid, well, everything.     Avoid having to go and see parole officers, for example.     Avoid having to disclose that they're on the sex offenders register.     That sort of thing.     Because the trouble is, the loophole is relating to sex offenders.     They get convicted and then they go on the register under the name in which they're convicted.     But there's nothing then stopping them from getting a deed poll to change their name.     Once they've done that, they don't have to register the new name on the register.     And so that's what they're doing.     Over 500 of them walking around the streets of Scotland, unchecked, unknown.     Nobody allowed to find out who they are.     Should this loophole be plugged?     If so, do you trust the SNP to do it?     Or should it be something done from Westminster?     It's very, very dangerous.     It's an obvious problem.     The only problem I really see, though, is that the SNP may choose not to do it because they'd be more concerned with the rights of sex offenders than of the children or women they offended against.     This is the SNP, after all.     They do have a history of it.     So it'll be interesting to see, you know, if they even tackle the problem.     Let me know what you think.     Thanks very much.     Bye.     Bye.     Bye.     Bye.     Bye.     Bye.     Bye.     Bye.     Bye.     Bye.     Bye.     Bye.     Bye.	1. @ardee1312(2025-04-14 18:02:42) Yet another SNP shame, is there no end to their uselessness!! 2. @bridiesmith5110(2025-04-14 18:05:46) As a married woman, I have to disclose on any official document or name I have been known as.
