His intervention in the Ukraine-Russia negotiations caused the deaths of thousands on each side and dragged our country into even greater poverty followed by Starmer. It's time political appointments to the Lords were stopped, a knighthood should be awarded on merit, and there aren't any ex politicians currently in there who have shown the slightest merit for being given that award, nearly all of them have in some way contributed to the current decline of this country.... Get the politicians and church out of The Lords... |

No politician or civil servant should be rewarded with any form of honour for just doing the job that they are paid to do. Honours should be reserved for those who truly deserve them not just for those who happen to be in the right place at the right time, and certainly not because they were or are mates with a certain political leader. Groves just like Khan, no way deserve any form of public honour, all they have done is promote their own egos and by rewarding them with any form of honour just goes to prove how corrupt the system is. |
