The answer is, in my view, probably no.
I come to this conclusion, because this government is absolutely inept, and is also compleely divorced from the working environment, and does not have a clue, about how industry works. It stems from an attitude, that assumes that the money comes in from tax revenues, without a clue, how, and why, that happens.
This government is incapable orf joined up thinking. |

As for electric arcs furnaces, the are hasn't got an adequate electricity supply to facilitate those things. |

Nope. The government runs South Eastern Trains at the moment. They'ev taken over from the tories.
