| | Hi, welcome to another episode of Hot Takes. | | | Now, I'd like to talk about what can only be described as the sheer lunacy of the Scottish justice system, and in particular, the Scottish prison service. | | | There is a man, his name is Peter Lang, but he now likes to be called Paris Green, which, if memory serves, is copper bisulfate. | | | It's like the rust on copper. | | | It's like a kind of coppery rust. | | | Anyway, he is serving time in a woman's prison. | | | He is a violent male prisoner. | | | A couple of years ago, I seem to remember, top of my head, did he not? | | | There was something a couple of years ago where he was demanding that the taxpayer paid for a sex change operation. | | | I think the other prisoners should do it for him, but that's just, you know, my view. | | | But he is a violent man, and he is a killer. | | | And then, having spent time at a woman's prison, and for some strange reason, being there, he attacks a woman in a woman's prison. | | | The woman was a guard. | | | And so, this male, this very physical male, attacks a woman guard in a woman's prison, and is allowed to remain in the women's prison. | | | This is madness. | | | Peter Lang should be in a man's prison, because, you know, he's a man. | | | Now, this is one of those where he's biologically male, and this is one of those where the Scottish Prison Service could find itself at the wrong end of the law, because that prison guard was at work, and therefore is subject to the 1992 Work Act, you know, Workers' Rights Act, about having safe spaces for women. | | | And it also actually goes around and passed the Scottish Prison Service's own trans policy, which were brought in after the other mad one that got moved and put in with the rapist who got put into the women's prison, and then was immediately moved out. | | | But a lot of concerns now are actually up there about what's going on when this man is allowed to continue to remain at a woman's prison, having now shown not only is he a murderer in the first place, but now is shown to be a violent anti-woman type man who wants to beat women up. | | | What the Prison Service are saying is, that's exactly what the Prison Service is saying, we do not comment on cases like this, even though he is. | | | He's at Polmont Jail, and now he's got to plead guilty again, he's being prosecuted again. | | | He tried to plead, oh, I was given a life sentence, and all of a sudden I'm a lady, so I can do it in lady jail, because I'm not much of a man, and if I go to men's jails, they'll do me, won't they? | | | Well, send him into a male jail immediately, but they won't. | | | You know, how far, how far do you have to go before men being put into women's prisons is deemed a bad thing? | | | At what point do even the SNP think perhaps we shouldn't be putting men into women's prisons? | | | You have to ask these questions, but hey, there we go. | | | How many? | | | We only know at the moment there's a minimum of three men in women's prisons. | | | They won't say how many, but we know that there is at least three. | | | He is one of them, but we'll have to wait and see. | | | I'm sure once a few women are raped and murdered by men in women's prisons, they might start thinking that maybe it's not such a good idea after all. | | | And then the families of those women can sue the feck out of the Scottish Government. | | | Thanks very much. | | | Bye. |

In 1998 a male who had a full sex change to a woman. Not sure which label to use on that. Well this person was a lawyer, who committed fraud, they were placed in the male section of the prison.
