I'm not necessarily against the idea of nationalising it, providing a very close eye is kept on how it is managed and funded. The problem with nationalised industry is the inefficiencies that grow over time and the lack of accountability (and transparency) for wasted public funds until the government if forced to sell it back, cheap, into private hands. |

The UK has a maintenance contract for millitery vehicles weapons etc , needs steel , worth millions , yes we gave to Ukraine but the contracts gave some back. No steel no return of donations to Ukraine war effort |
